And you can be confident that all of the products we sell are Certified Authentic as we purchase everything direct from the Manufacturer or their Authorized Distributor.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange an exchange, a substitution or a refund (conditions apply).  We strive to keep every customer happy and to accommodate every request wherever possible.



Our return and exchange policies are as follows:

  • returns must be pre-arranged by requesting a return via our Contact Us link

  • for most returns, we will provide you with a link to obtain a return shipping label, free of charge

  • returns must be arranged with us within 30 days of the date of purchase

  • refunds will only be issued if the product is unused, in it’s original packaging. and in sellable condition (as determined by us upon receipt)

  • defective products and products under Warranty will be replaced and/or given an online store credit at our discretion, and based on product availability

  • If you are not happy with the performance of a product or feel that it is defective, please contact us to discuss a replacement product or an online store credit, which may be issued, at our discretion, as determined on a case by case basis

  • for all exchanges and/or replacements, the new item will be sent to you once the returned item is received by us

  • Please Note that for reasons of health & hygiene – appliances, tools, hair extensions, and products that are used directly on your hair, skin, or nails, cannot be exchanged unless defective
